We're all primed and ready here at Absolute-Snow to up-desks and move over to our new office, all the way in..... the other side of the building! the Ortovox 3+ is a three antenna device that has a special function to enhance your own safety and also the safety of your friends. On normal transceivers, there can be a bad position when the transceiver is laid in a particular position due to the angle of which the signal is being broadcast. On the 3+, the intuitive system can work out when the beacon is not transmitting along the best signal and switch its broadcast automatically. This means that when you are the person who is buried, it no longer matters if you are upside down or back to front, you will get found! You also get a digital display showing you the distance from burial sites when in search mode. The 3+ is also 100% compatible with every beacon on the market.
